Is there any benefits for adding GH to a pre-contest run at six weeks out? If so, how much?

quit psyching yourself out, keep on plan and don't try to add in and take out things leading up to the comp. You don't want to take gh and then have to overdo the diuretics.
next contest you can add it, when your 20 weeks out

take three each morning before your first meal and two before you go to sleep..

Exactly... wouldn't hurt at least. Helps fat burning, gives more muscle volume due to water retention.
