1 Month until she finds her first excuse not to visit Craig in prison
6 Month for the devorce
12 Month remarriage
-
She'll stand by her man...
...her new man, that is.
-
Someone should start a 'Would you date Kelly Ryan?' thread.

I would love to slam her, but I am against dating murderers... ::)
-
Prediction:
she will be busted again within 2 years running dope, and cig's to titus
-
She's lucky Craig is such a gentleman.
She should be the one rotting in prison.

Yea we are all lucky that Titus is such a gentleman, especially his assistant. ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) You are right she should be rotting in jail and he should be killed.
-
Titus has gained my respect with his selfless act of love for Kelly. Genuinely, I admire him
-
I guarantee Titus has something up his sleeve. He's probably got something else hung over her head, so she needs to be a good girl. I think he'll be on the streets a heck of lot sooner than a lot of you think. Don't count Titus out. He's a Mastermind.

Kelly is yummy.

Sounds about right.
-
She probably won't leave him...ladies love the bad boys
-
Craig who? She'll be busy returning OJ's calls.
-
Craig will be out soon, he is smart.

No he won't. He's gone for 15 minimum, probably longer.
-
Of course he is doing this. Kelly knows 100% Craig did it and could easily have him put away for life or the death penalty. This way Craig takes a lesser charge and gets Kelly a lesser charge so she can walk and he spends less time in prison than if they went to trial and Kelly spills her guts and Craig get a full 1st degree murder charge.

Bingo-at least 15 years.

Craig is already starting his prep for the 2024 Ironman! :D

I'm guessing that she will have to really pay in a civil suit...That being said, she will probably find herself with another dirtball who knows how to hide money etc..
Its likely that she will find herself back in jail someday...Probably for money laundering or some shit like that...

....yeah...such a mastermind...that's why he is where he is today ::)

He'll be out in 12 years or less. If a pea-brain like yourself found yourself in a similar situation, you'd fuck it up all over the place and wind up doing life and a day as a jailhouse 'ho.
-
that bitch should run for the hills. then kill herself out of guilt

Wrong, she took an Alford plea which means she pleads guilty just because there is too much
evidence. She did not plead guilty to the act, so a civil case seems unlikely.
-
Kelly ruined Craig's life.
-
Craig will get 20 years for all crimes and be out in ten. I hope Kelly waits for him as there is something strangely touching about their love for each other.

Would this "olve" be similar to your "love" for Richard Simmons in a sparkly tank top and Dolphin shorts from the 70's>>? ::)

hmmm...Are you saying that Alford pleas protect you from civil suits? I didn't know that...Weird that they would but someone like OJ who was found not guilty still has to pay out in a civil suit...But then again, what the fck do i know...

An "Alford plea" does NOT protect you from a civil lawsuit.
Only a "nolo contendre", or no contest, plea protects from a CRIMINAL CONVICTION being used against you in a later civil lawsuit-and it does not really matter, because the level of proof in a civil lawsuit is so low it is a joke-just ask OJ.

A civil case is a 100% certainty.
And an Alford plea is a guilty plea to the act-just not a straight up admission.
Under federal and state rules of court a judge cannot accept a plea from a person who claims they are "not guilty" of the crime alleged, that is where the Alford plea came in, it allowed federal and state courts to take a plea while side stepping the "requirement" of actual guilt.
Last the court need not accept an Alford plea-it is done with the courts permission. Same with a no contest plea-100% at the courts discretion.
