I just checked his website, his weight gainer is damn good ! Seems like a gainer I would actually use off-season if I don't have the time to eat a meal.
almost no fat, low GI carbs, good amount of quality protein.
seems like a good brend !

that's what I also think but you know sometime yuo are on the run and you have to eat quickly, seems like a good alternative.
Also, I am never really hungry in the off-season. Now I am hungry all the time because of the diet but I am sure it wont stay like this once I start eating more food

Yes, you wont get disappointed by the quality and taste.
For example bannana taste is EXACTLY like eating a good ripe bannana. NATURAL flavour.....yum :)

i tried it in 2007 ... very light tasting and easy to digest ... the Nox Pump is the strongest NO product i have ever used ... tastes a bit like medicine but really works ... much stronger than BSN's NO Xplode

...it would be a new one on me if they had a low GI rice starch or corn starch...?
A few years back I swindled a corn starch research company into sending me a free sample of the (then) new Hylon IV super-high amylose (94%) experimental low GI corn starch.
The Irish customs guys were gonna put me on a special watchlist cause I had received 10 kilos of white powder express shipment from a small start-up company in the US... anyway, long story short, the stuff was unmixable but did complex nicely with fatty acids. Not sure what Dorian's company are using in this stuff...?
All too often in the starch trade low-GI means "lower GI"... and you end up with a rice starch that's GI 92 instead of the regular GI 96.
I'd guess the ingredient here is some form of maltodextrin... unless of course someone here has mixed the stuff and it does indeed form a concrete when any oils are added?

how much of it is isolate and how much is concentrate?
i would guess isolate is the smaller part.

You can make your own custom weight gainer. Protein complex, EFA, waxy maize, ff milk for consistency, cocoa for taste etc. Most commercial ones have only 10 servings and that will barely last a week.

The Dorian Yates Ultimate Formula line is very good.Great tasting ! Apart from the NOX Pump.Tastes like shit put is VERY Effective ! I haven't met anyone with a radically different metabolism. The guys who claim they can eat anything and everything in any quantity yet not gain weight are bullshitting. BMR's do not differ to a great extent between the majority of individuals. The one's that do are sick - there's a pathology, like a thyroid problem. But that's very rare.
Can't gain weight = poor appetite
