The attention whore wasn't willing to stay out of the spotlight long enough to wait for the Ill. Senate seat. She just had to have all the attention/glory associated with the New York race.

Turned out to be a fatal mistake. Obama doesn't exixt (politically) if she took a break from public life and ran in her home state later on.
