I thought you said one time that you needed only around 150 grams a day of protein. Is this true?

i am a lean 240, and only eat around 120-140 per day (no drugs, just taller, kinda like a white karl malone)

Aside from how much steroid one needs to turn pro this probably the biggest argument in bodybuilding (how much protein?) I say high amounts others will say low, this will always be controversial

i think it really depends on how well you can handle carbs. for guys who vcant eat a big amount of carbs at every meal with their protein then 1-1.5 gram per pound body weight is going to be just fine to grow as fast as possible... but for guys (like me) who always struglles eating lots of carbs.. more protein is necessary
