He sure did ... it's sure as hell taking him a long time. Should've kept his fucking mouth shut ... especially when one of the " others " was Shawn Ray. At any rate, this is the best I've ever seen him look. Wish him all the best.

With the current lineup he's a top 15 pro with better arms and a back. I can only name like 5 or 6 of the current ones. Yeah...Phil, Wolf, Jay, and ? vs Flex, Kev, Ray, Ronnie.

I could be wrong...but in the front double bi shot, the new one, he has a midsection that is looking VERY close to Dexters...maybe not the greatest ever, but it's sure a fuck of alot better than other guys his size that have huge guts. Gotta give him credit.

Hello guys..I usually dont post on boards etc because thats what got me in trouble in the past..I just wanna say Thank You guys for the support,Its greatly Appreciated...Alot has changed in my life since I 1st stepped on the bodybuilding scene...In the beggining of my career I admit I made alot of Immature,Cocky,ARROGANT mistakes an have learned greatly from them...I have put my Past behind me an have Matured greatly an moved on into biggerr an better things in my life...I havent competed or been in the public eye since 2006 when I made or POOR DECISION to Accept a Invite to compete in the PDI...Every Athlete on here goal is to compete as a PRO...Wayne Demilla reached out to me an gave me a oppurtunity to finally say I am a PRO an compete at his NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS SHOW IN 2006..I took the invite after several tries an attempt at turning PRO but Realized that nothing in life comes easy an that if I was to ever turn PRO,I would rather Earn it...I spoke with JIM MANION an Steve Weinberger after that show who I am both Friends with an I took responsability for competing in a rival organization an was Suspended for a 1 yr....I did not take go to any of the big shows or local shows an just concentrated on Improving my mind,body n soul...After 2 yrs of being away I am HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT I WILL BE BACK IN THE NPC in 2008...I will start my career fresh at the bottom from the local scene an Requalify for Nationals an give a all out effort of EARNING MY PRO CARD at 2 of the PRO QUALIFIERS this yr...At 35yrs of age an 3 kids I no longer will talk the talk but will remain positive an let my body Do the talking...I just recently signed with ABB/ONN an will be competing next Saturday in NEW YORK at the Atlantic States to Requalify..I wanna wish everyone the BEST OF LUCK WITH THERE GOALS N DREAMS...I realize nothing in life comes easy but if you put your mind to it,You can conquer ANYTHING..ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THEN WORDS...GOOD LUCK TO ATHLETES COMPETING at JR'S ETC...STAY FOCUSED AN REMEMBER,ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE...GOD-BLESS.

he doesn't look like he's towering over Special ed in that interview. He doesn't look 6'4" in person to me. Quincy taylor is 6'3". I would say all those 3 guys( Quincy, Freeman, and Big Sean on stage looks incredibly for big men

Damn RIGHT! guys like Phil and dexter are ALL ILLUSION. Small joints and full muscle bellies translate to lookin like giants on stage....but in person??? its a different story, the average gym rat towers over them.

I agree, he is looking better than ever, but even standing there alone one can see that his legs need more size. They lack that wow size/shredded factor that is so needed today.

I would give to overall to that dominic guy in the middle weight.
I don't care how outsized he will be, that's one of the sickest middleweight I have ever seen and he should win his class and the overall hands down.

It's a stage in a theatre! All or any portion of the stage can or should be able to be illuminated according to the needs of the show be it opera, ballet, broadway type production, musical, etc. I guess this only applies to any real theatre venue; it may not be true of a show being held in a high school gym. :(

Half the reason people give shit to Big Sean is that he announced himself to getbig by posting a link to his very gay oriented cam site back in the day. That was what ruined him here. As you can imagine, that was quite heavily pounced upon.

The contest was held at the same place as the IFBB NY PRO show, Tribeca performing arts center. It's a theater at a community college in manhatten.

I remember him onstage at the NA's a few years ago and it looked like he was going to throw a temper tantrum b/c he wasn't in the 1st or 2nd callout. Nevermind tht fact that he was WAY off. This is the same guy that got up at the Olympia press conference and said how he was the next big thing and would be on the Olympia stage the following year LOL

Sean needs to grow some legs to match his upper body, but he does have a decent upper body. considering how long he has been around I wouldn't count on him changing drastically if he ever does get a pro card.

Fair enough I will give you that. He is tall and has muscle, someone remind him to train legs more though. Won't make it in the IFBB otherwise, assuming he gets in.

BIG SEAN is even more impressive in person. Quite possibly the biggest bodybuilder you have ever seen. Unlike most Pros, Sean literally stops traffic in a t-shirt. He also tells some great bouncer stories.
