with flowers in his hand trying to suprise his gf.
Of couse he falls on the steps to the house and breaks his neck, he is actually DEAD !!!!
And about 4 people just step over him to get to their place...

I'm from down South, so I've seen my share of drunks passed out in the street who got more attention than this guy. I hope that the perp got caught...no word on that yet.
We need new versions of the 50s-era TV where folks were taught how to act right. Even Brady Bunch in the free love 60s had solid messages.

This one is a little tougher. We have to assume the people arriving after the fall did not see him fall. What if they live in a part of town where people often get drunk and pass out on the sidewalk?
I don't like it, but I'm afraid I've got to give those folks a pass. :-[

Someone said in the 911 call he was bleeding badly. They could have at least ran out to protect him from other cars, stopped traffic, got a towel, something. There's no excuse for just standing there and letting him lay in the middle of the road. Pathetic.
And you can't get sued for helping someone in an accident, that's nonsense.
