Title: can you really built muscle only training three times a week?

i am very sceptiacl. i like to train 3 on 1 off (6 days) i train hard and heavy and light and pumpy alternatively. i drink 50 grams protein and maize before and the same after. i eat steak and eggs and brown rice. lots of vegatables.

offcourse its enough, too many guys overtrain. just make sure you lift heavy.

What hormone brands do you recommend? Do they dissolve well in milk? Can I get hormones in rocky road flavor?

I would evaluate your spare time and question how you should use it more usefully
