Really hard to answer that question without posting what your currently doing.

U might want to post this in disgusted thread on the positive board. Maybe he can be of some assistance. But definetely be more specific.

I'll share with u what I am currently doing...
I'm eating 6 times/day
High lean protein/ low complex carbs/water only to drink( gallon/day)
meal 1...8 egg whites/2 yolks and 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2...60 gram protein shake
meal 3...1 cup rice and 12 oz chix breast
meal 4...60 gram protein shake
meal 5...2 turkey burgers and 1 cup brocolli
meal 6...60 gram protein shake

I've dropped 7 lbs on the scale this 1st week and have def tightened a little. Most is water weight by significantly lowering my carbs. I've even cramped a little. I'm guessing I'll drop less next week..perhaps 2-3..but I'll def be tapping into fat! My strength has been affected slightly, but I'm lifting heavy. My lean body mass is around 185. So, I want to hang onto as much of that as possible while shedding fat and dropping the scale.
Remember, it's easy to drop weight...starve yourself and do a ton of cardio..however, a lot of muscle will be lost along the way. Big difference between losing weight and losing FAT.
Lose fat = high protein, low carb, weight training
Lose weight = starvation and cardio

hang onto your muscle..it's your friend..muscle burns fat! Excess carbs/fat will lead to fat storage

"Flexsteele" has a very good point...what's your current diet like? What size are you( weight/BF%)
ps..if your diet is shitty now, then dropping 10-15 should be rather easy

My question would be what kinds of foods you can add to your diet to help weight loss and also the 60 grams of protein seems like much unless you planning on using a lot of that for energy too.

K.I.S.S..............Cut carbs to between 40-60 grams a day. Keep the calories up to with-in the 3,5000 range. Get a carb cheat sheet/book. Select marble roast, steak, bacon, ham and regular hamburger. You want a certain level of animal fat in the diet. Add the usually fish and chicken. Flaxseed, Omega, Wheat germ, Safflower oils can be included. Some may think that all fats make you fat...incorrect. Most people will be eating much more than normal on this style diet. Drink lots of water through the day.

The main idea is to lose the body fat and keep the muscle mass as best you can. Restricting calories, in the long run, may force the body to use muscle tissue as a energy sources. That is called muscle wasting. Also, combined with too much endless cardio aid in that muscle loss. Too many BB'ers look like skinned rabbits getting ready for a show after doing the low restrictive calorie thing & cardio overkill. With a low carb intake, and the calories in a somewhat normal range, the body will call upon it's own body fat as an engery source. Which you want. May also find that 15 lbs you do not want is long gone with-in a month.

If you desire a more logical approach to cardo that follow an interval style workout like the Tabata protocol. Lots of different form of interval training, just do a search. Good Luck.

Cayenne powder/caps and Jalapeno's peppers are reported to have a thermal or heat affect on the body.  This can burn calories. The red version of most peppers will do this more so. Affect the blood circulation also. Eating raw peppers will not harm the lining of the stomach as the myth goes. Some people take them for stomach disorders and other healing abilities .You will feel body heat raise, mostly in the upper body. Something like a niacin flush can do. And they can cause a sweat and ear ringing in some folks.

Very short termed calories burnout/useage. So try not depending on red peppers to melt the pounds off. But they can be a general good health influence on anyone. And they are very, very low carb.

I speak from personal knowledge of eating peppers most of my life in SoCal. Having grownup near a Barrio, peppers are a part of Mexican folk medicine. (the hotter the peppers the more than make a man hard, I have been told.... hence the phase hot blooded latin) As far as weight loss goes, I have seen some very fat Mexicans pop them in their mouths like candy (goes great with bacon rines, hot sause and beer....all the important food groups). In fact I am seeing way too many fat Mexican's, than ever before, even at a very young age. What's up with that? Not a slam, just a comment. Good Luck.

Side Bar: Hottest peppers have to be the ones from India and parts of southwest Asia by far.

random guy #1 = hey guys what are some good exercises for building a thick chest ?

candidizzle = hey dude. go ahead and do incline barbell presses, flat bench presses, dumbell flys, and cable crossovers.

random guy #1 = what are the cable crossovers for ?

candidizzle = they help isolate a different part of the chest and are just one other way to stim, ulate growth in the pecs.

jpm = there have been some studies to show that cable crossoevers do indeed involve a pectoralis contraction.  although its not generally considered a mass movement. i definitely wouldnt rely on it for building that chest thickness you want. they do involve chest contraction though.  but as far as building the chest goes, i see alot of guys with birds chest doing real heavy cable crossovers all the time. in fact it seems that most guys in the gym do them.

fucking pathetic jpm....
