I weight 80 kilos now (176 pounds) at 15% fat body.
tomorrow i lost 1 kilo (2.2 pounds), fat body still pretty high.
last competishun i look no good, fat too much
this time i train with paco batista, he so big he eat my breakfast lunch and diner
so my food is low intake. paco tell me butt intake needs very high
so i listen, and do it every workout with help from paco

Today me and Paco twain gwutes. We did thwee sets of squwats, Paco stwong butt cheeks of steel, You could bweak tooths on those gwutes(not that i have tried hwaaa).
