At a lunch this week, Mike Huckabee saved a man's life by performing the Heimlich Maneuver on him.

Yes.  I'm sure doubters will see this as a "Remember me?  I'm still relevant!" move.

I'm sure nobody would fake an act like this, even if it would mean a better chance at the job of most powerful man on earth.
