yes, it's not gossip about bodybuilding, but this is monumental and everyone, even if you don't give a shit about politics, should be watching. he just spent over two hours listing off all thirty-five counts.

Bush will never be impeached. he's done the unprecendented deed of simply classifying every person whose testimony could hurt him. People get on the stand - and simply say "executive privledge" - and refuse to testify. It's hella unconstitutional, but it stalls long enough to finish his term.
People might think it's funny... but look at it this way... Support Pres. Obama decides to tell his people "you never have to answer for anything in the 8 years we're in office". Would it be so funny then, if Obama was changing laws, firing people, and everything else, and smirked when asked to let his people testify (legally required)?

Picture Obama starting 2 or 3 wars because he wants to. Picture Obama changing the Constitution. Picture Obama smirking at the camera and saying he'll continue the [latest unpopular move] even if only 1% of the population supports it.
Picture Obama's staff never having to answer for anything (Bush's staff no longer chooses to testify, spitting in congress' eye). Imagine VP Hilary with the power Cheney has.

It may show up on those 'every 30 minute' news blubs throughout the night. I think it'll be on the news tomorrow. Ons side mocking it, one side preaching it, as always.

Bush has damaged the country IMO.
However, this impeachment charade is a waste of time and coverage. Kucinich is all about attention. He has done very little in his district except be on tv at times of passionate, well covered topics. He missed more votes than nearly any representitive. Shameful, really.

I don't know if it's a waste of time because what does average person know about the crimes committed by Bush & Co.? I'm assuming they think everything was done right by their president. Things will become worse from here on out. If Bush & Co. are allowed to do what they did unnoticed then any president will be able to break the law.
