Title: David Jacobs, Or Craig Titus? To Whom Do You Wish More Hell, and Why?

Assuming they're both guilty of murder, and that you do wish hell to either or both.  I wanna know if Jacobs actually managed to trump Craig in this respect.  Discuss.
