I remember that. It was in musclemag, I don't remember it exactly, but I remember he ate six meals, and I think three of those meals were at mCd's, it was like two double quarter pounders, large fries, and two applie pies...per meal. something along those lines

Meal 2: McDonalds-Steak bagel meal, bottle of sprite
Meal 3: eggs, potatoes, pancakes

donuts disgust me. it's the breakfasts I cannot resist. I hate their day menu. It's just the breakfasts. I'm SO lazy in the morning. I eat bland rice and piles of chicken and turkey all day long. But in the AM...

All the hormones in that beef if you ate them without the bread while bulking it would be very useful. Dave Palumbo swears by the patties at McDs because of the high arachadonic acid content and the tren given to the cows.

It says this is his "CHEAT" diet...so that means it is done now and then...NOT EVERYDAY!!!
Nonetheless this diet even for a cheat day seems UNREAL...The sugar rush from all of the sprite and donuts would damn near have a person convulsing on the floor and all of the fat from the burgers and fries (especially that greasy shit from mcdonalds) would surely have him bent over the toilet throwing his guts out.
I take these comments from BBs as EXAGERATIONS at best. Given all of his drug usage on top of all of this FOUL NUTRITION would clog his arteries in no time. Notice also the preponderance of mcdonalds and sprite mention in this diet...It almost looks like he is marketing for McDonalds and sprite...I guess JJ gets some royalties for mentioning the two companies in this article. In any case I hope no one is that dumb that they too will follow this mad mans death diet...remember IT IS THE PHARMACEUTICALS PRIMARILY that pile the BEEF onto the bones... not the food or the weight training.

Palumbo did actually talk about eating McDonalds. He wouldn't do it all the time, but he said he occasionally he would get 3 double quater pounders and just eat the patties. So 6 meat patties. High in protein and high in fat.

I stopped posting on there in the spring of 2005.
