I usually stop at 18:00, sometimes 19:00 and sometimes even 17:00...if I eat any later than that I can't drop weight...

I've been dieting a bit recently myself. I try to abide by the rule of thumb to eat little or no carbs after around 5 pm. To get some protein calories, and also to avoid waking up famished the next morning, I'll eat 2-3 cups of cottage cheese (or some other high protein, very low- or no-carb food like a pound of ground turkey) a couple of hours before going to bed.

I have a meal about 30 mins before i go to bed. Never bothers me going to bed right after a meal.
Im curious Deicide, what time do you go to bed. The reason i ask is that if you stop eating at 6, then lets say go to bed at 9, then sleep for 7 hrs or so, thats at least 10 hrs without food. That means you will be in a catabolic state for many hours, which is especially bad when cutting.

Well before I go to bed I usually take a few amino tabs, BCCAs and L-Glutamine, I usually go to bed at 12 or 1.
For some reason if I eat late, despite deficit I can't drop weight; overall shitty genetics, for building muscle and losing fat.
Anyway my last meal always has casein in it so...8 hours of amino flow...

Make a whole pot, put in refrigerator.

it curbs the appetite.

depends what time i have my first meal, but ofcourse generally at my last meal the carbs will be very low

i have tried to cut out my last meal before bed, which is always just some protein and some omega-3, but every time i do i wake up looking the same if not worse than when i went to sleep.... but every night i go to sleep with some pro and omega -3 i ALWAYS wake up loking better

I just do not see how someone can tell their body has changed overnight. Nobody has that big of effects unless it is lasix.

maybe your not as obsessive and as paranoid as i am... i can tell you exactly what is going on metabolicly in my body at any given moment, dude ;D and i notice the very slightest of changes in muscle size, body fat, and definition... i am not lying when i tell you i spend at least one hour a day in front of a mirror... ;D yeah im crazy but i love it

If you are awake and on a meal schedule you should be eating ..............doesn`t matter what time or if dieting,just gotta` know which food to ingest.
If you normally go to bed at 9:30 PM and one day you find yourself up to 1 AM,you should still eat as if you were on your normal meal plan.

No, I need a period of fasting to drop fat, otherwise it doesn't work.

so the low carb did nothing for you deicide? I have found when going back on a low carb it takes longer to lose it than the first time.

i agree with wes everybody is different though so you never know, even if i stay up till 3am i still eat i do however cut out carbs or severly limit carbs on the last meal of the day. How many days a week do you do your cardio and for how long?

if i go to bed at 12 my last meal with carbs is at 6pm, then 2 meals of only protein at 9 and 12.

sometimes i'll stop eating around 6-7 other times i'll need something late.

I don't care for the clock.
5 days is low carb/high fat.
1-2 days medium carb/medium fat.
Last meal for me is usually at around 2 am.
