for the last couple of week. I've been taken Animal Pak GH max. I was wondering do I need to take time off or anything like that??

i am wondering though, did you notice anything positive from taking the product that wouldd make you want to purchase it again ?

good that w\hat I throught, no cycling.... I noticed that I was hard and fuller. that could also be when my adding in more protein in my diet. I started adding liquid eggs whites in with my whey protein shakes. on the GH max you take some at bed time. I got some deep sleep and felt great the next day. Its like the same feel i get from using ZMA. I really noticed no acne or any side effects from it.
to be honest with, my eye were set on finding a test booster. but people posted how crapy it was and how it didn't work.
I've been training for 8 years and wanted something to keep grow and help to recover faster. I train very intensiy with drop set and ect

meal one 6 whole eggs/ 1 cup oatmeals/ almonds
meal two pre workout protein shake+creanine
train I take some aminos in the middle of training
post workout whey protein shake +creatin and rest of the amios
meal three 12 oz chichen breast+rice and veggies
meal four protein shake +oatmail and banna
meal five 10 oz ground beef + rice and salad with chichen
meal six pasta + ground beef
meal seven protein shake +egg whites+ two tsp of natural bp
middle of the night 1 cup college cheese

I found that this plen plan works for me. I'm a hardgainer. I might go out to eat. I stay lean and hard year round. I naturally do not get to much at.
I use the coombine of eating more high protiein high fat diet
the supps that i use is
whey protein
vits e and c
multi
creatine
fish oils
aminos
thats it

okay if your a hard gainer than you need lotsw of calories..im going to try to give you the same calories but try to maximize testosterone while minimizing fat storeage from combining wrong carbs with wrong fats
meal one = 10 whole eggs, broccoli, almonds
meal two = protein shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter and creatine
post workout = whey +carbs (try getting 50 or so grams of fast acting carbs in this shake... try finding DEXTROSE in your grocery store..very cheap solid source of post workout carbs)
meal 3= 12 oz chicken + almonds +veggies
meal 4= protein shake with oatmeal (no banana, just increase your oats)
meal 5 = 10 oz ground beef + almonds or peanut butter + salad with chicken
meal six = whole wheat pasta with beef
meal 7 = protein + whole eggs
middle of the night = cottage cheese
that would be a few of the changes i might consider.
you eat alot of meals dude !

I noticed you added alot of peanut butter to his meals. Does the Trans Fat in PB have some sort of Test raising qualities? I would think that Olive Oil might be a better substitute. Don't get me wrong I have made some nice gains on PB, but I just want to understand why?

I only take natural peanut butter.
Trans Fats aren't good for anything. I have see a lot of peanut butters on the market with 0 fats and 0 trans fats but they are not labeled Natural Peanut Butter.
I got the pb shakes from Evan Centopani who is under Dave Palumbo's under Dave Palumbo.
I know i eat a lot of meats. you can say that I eat a hight protein/high healthy fats and low carbs. aminal products seem to have the best protein profile. I know that oatmeal and potatos have protein but its not a complete protein profie.
