http://www.tomplatz.com/smb/quiz.htm :
5. After a training session, wait at least _______ to eat or drink anything (other than water) so you can take advantage of the natural growth hormone spike. The only exception is when you have an extremely high intensity workout.
- The correct answer you get is 30 mins.
What do you think of this?
I've been eating food in my car like 2 minutes after my workout. :-X.

its a neat idea for when you dieting and want some fat burning properties from your workout.
but that quote is a little bit misleading
the only kind of food intake that is going to blunt or interfere with GH release is going to be soem kind of insulin releasing starch.....
remember, GH is the counterbalancing hormone to insulin...and GH converts to igf-1...gh=fat burner, igf-1=growth factor.... insulin = stronger growth factor than igf-1 but absolutely halts fat metabolism.... its a trade off
