This was my last bench workout before heading into the first of my 3 meets I have planned for this summer.
Next weekend I will be benching at the NASA USA Nationals in Lancatser, Ohio.
I am aiming to hit between 535-550 in a single ply fury.
The other 2 meets I plan to lift in are the USAPL Bench Press Nationals and the IPF/NAPF North American Bench Press Championships in Costa Rica.
Thats the plan and we will see if happens.
505x5 Reverse Band Bench Press
The video is 2 sets of 505 Reverse Bands.
The first set is a double and the second set is a triple off a 2 board!
Enjoy and have a great day!

that's good lifting, but for the record you didn't do 505x5. you did a double, and then a triple. on two different exercises. it'd be like if i claimed 315x25 because i did 315 on a 5x5, and the last three sets used boards. you can't just add up all the reps you did that day.
again, strong lifting.

To specifically train the top half of the press - the lockout and triceps. :)

BPGorilla? Thats really you in the video? Dude, please don't take this the wrong way, but your YouTube videos seriously crack me up. I've asked about them before on this forum wondering who the person in them was. ;D
Good job on the bench, but man, you are funny with the videos. ;D ;D

Thanks MisterMagoo
The reason I posted 505x5 was to summarize the video and I posted all the lifting in the actual thread so it wouldn't be misleading.
Have a great day!
