I am trying to cut a little bit
on a low carbs high protein diet
i keep cramping badly while training any ideas
i am drinking loads of water ???

Make sure that you are getting enough of your minerals in addition to drinking plenty of water... potassium in particular (bananas and raisins and avocados...all carb sources), and also magnesium, calcium, and some sodium in your diet will help to reduce cramping. You may need to supplement minerals on a low carb diet.

I've heard of supplementing with taurine to help cramping (although I am not convinced), and tyrosine more for combatting the negative side effects of stimulants on the nervous system and mood swings.
I haven't heard much about tyrosine for cramping.

agreed, i need to take a multi-mineral anytime im low on the carbs or I'll cramp up like a mofo
