Title: Weirdest homemade shakes u have ever made
Post by: Boost on June 13, 2008, 02:49:41 PM
Most disgusting - Tuna and Diet Coke

Absolutley revolting, the smell of the tuna fills the air and even though the fizzy soda somewhat masks the flavour, i could only get a couple of gulps down, and the rest got thrown away. Left a horrible aftertaste that lasted for a full day.

I also tried Tuna with a couple diff sodas, Orange Fanta, and Red Bull. Both sickening

Suprisingly drinkable
- Pepsi Max and Peanut Butter

the peanut butter barely affects the taste, just makes the soda a little sweeter.

The Tuna shake was surprisingly popular 10-11 years back, if you need more ideas, here is the whole page of recipes from back then: http://www.deepsquatter.com/shake.htm . The rest of the Deep Squatter site is really good also.

The oddest thing I've added to a shake was butterworths pancake syrup when I was going through a bulk-up peroid.

:).

Another victim of Ernie Taylor spreading his gospel about drinking this concoction! I read about that about 10 years ago, and never could bring myself to try it. Taylor says it's like custard, but if I were to decide between the two, I would say Boost has the appropo description!

Vanilla soy milk
almonds
carob chips
coconut
"the natural whey" protien
tofu cubes

I was at this yoga chics house and it was the night after leg day so i had to get some protien before i went to bed.

not too bad but I dont know how nutritious it was

Drink fast the tuna shake so you only taste it for like 5 seconds, then immediately after eat a tbsp peanutbutter. I avoid tuna if I can but if I have to eat it I rather drink it. With frozen broccoli, paprika and water its not so bad..

Few years back we were celebrating Christmas at the country side and my mom gave me a blender for Christmas. The first shake i made with it was:

A lot of left over ham
tomatoes
orange juice

I mixed the whole thing together, it was nice and orange. Surprisingly it did not taste good. I recommend it though...

I suspect that this one too ended in the toilet, that is if you made that far. Right?

I once put in two cooked burger patties, some ketchup and soda.  I was in a hurry to eat so I drank this.  Totally nasty.

I guy who used to train in my gym would get three cans of tuna, mix them in a blender with olive oil and blackcurrant cordial and then down the lot. Absolutely vile.  :-X

Well I should say low fat cottage cheese, but other than that it's correct.
