(please delete this thread if it is not allowed- if its against the rules I apologize in advance)
The editor-in-chief of a Figure Competitor website, is currently looking for good writers to submit articles on a consistent basis regarding Diet/Training/Nutrition or other off topic figure/fitness/bodybuilding related issues.
They currently pay $300 per article (1000~2000 words) or $150 for ~500 words per article used on the website. You can submit as many as you like and as long as they provide useful information and are well written, they will eventually be published on the site.
I don't know if I am allowed to post this here, but I am only trying to make some fellow brothers/sisters here some extra money.
Please let me know if anyone knows of someone who might be interested.
Thanks,
Matt

Matt T might be interested if you accept articles written in Dubai, India.

If yo have a fictional section Candyass would be great. You should have a section that has a disclaimer that says "do the opposite of what this writer says" Then you could have Candyass and Goodrum as regular writers

I was an editor for three fitness magazines a few years ago as well as a photographer.
I still write contest reports and always post them here.
This sounds interesting.

100x more traffic than hardbody.com! Ha... now that is funny!
But if you are a legitimate site, then it isnt a problem dicussing who you are, etc. I would hate for you to offer good money for articles, and then don't deliver. Not cool now...

didn't want to publicize the website or try to steal some traffic. Just looking to help some good brothers and sisters make some extra money on the side all the while gaining exposure for whatever they wanted to use it for.

lol I notice this too. Why do people stare in the gym? Some people must have socialization issues.

Mix of issues, insecurities, competitiveness, jealousy, and also appreciation.
most of the time it's just oddballs, and you don't even want to guess what they are thinking or why, lol

You said you were looking for GOOD writers. Are you saying GOOD writers don't deserve GOOD compensation or a fair exchange for their work?
Or since you're being "frugal" should we expect the content will be reflective of the compensation offered to the writers? That doesn't sound like a well thought out way to attract regular readers to your website.
