So lets say i have some pineapple juice in my water bottle and drink between sets....is it gonna do something regarding gains etc or will turn into fat?

you would be better off with some sort of glucose NOT frctose, meso... but no the pineapple should shouldnt make you fat ...

I say the pineapple won't make you fat, no. But if you want to burn fat (as much as possible) during the workout, try to have a small amount of carbs if you must. Carbs produce insulin, and if insulin is present you can't burn fat. You'll have energy from those carbs, but you won't burn your body fat...and if you're cutting that's not something you want is it? ;)

fructose doesnt produce any insulin secretion, glucose does though... the pineapple is frcutose and wont effect insulin levels but concentrated fructose is highly likely to spill over since the liver can only carry so much of it...

Bear in mind that the sugar in fruit and fruit juices are not 100% of anything. They have a combination of fructose, sucrose and glucose. I don't know what the % breakdown is though.
