does blocking DHT reduce acne?


i would not think so since its the androgens affecting the sebaceous gland and NOT DHT, but any thoughts?

I have been using finasteride for years, and any time i go 'on' i get a little acne around my shoulders area.  I dont believe it reduces acne.

If DHT was the primary cause of acne, wouldn't guys going bald have a lot of acne on their scalp?


At least I don't have an acne scalp.  :'(
