Title: At Large Nutrition: Results
Post by: mass 04 on June 16, 2008, 08:49:47 AM
Have any of you guys tried Results from At Large? I started using it a few weeks ago, and honestly it is the best supp i have ever used. I've added some respectable poundages to most lifts and on the scale and get great pumps. It's a really solid product.

Sounds good.  Just an FYI, I used it while on a recent cut and I truly feel it helped me to maintain lean muscle while in a majorly hypo-caloric state.  I was totally clean and truly lost virtually no lean muscle while cutting about 20 lbs of fat in 30 days or so.  Here are some pics:

Really...I might have to try it out then.  I've always tried to stay away from simple carbs during a cutting phase due to a somewhat slow metabolism, but I may give Results a try.  I was thinking of cutting my training split down to three high intensity full body workouts done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the Results may help with the recovery and be more beneficial with this type of split.

What type of diet did you follow when you lost that much fat in 30 days?

Great job by the way

Thanks.  You don't want to know... ;)

When I tell a group of bodybuilders it really bugs some of them.

My daily intake was roughly the following:

Breakfast:
4 fried eggs
6 oz. orange juice
RESULTS + 5-10g of Creatine 500
12-15g of fish oil
6 Thermocin

Lunch:
3 scoops of Nitrean mixed in water

Dinner:
Whatever I wanted to equate to 5-700 calories
6 oz. juice

Pre-bed:
2 scoops of Nitrean in water
12-15g of fish oil
8 capsules of ETS

I also consumed liberal amounts of coffee and tea with Splenda.

That was it.

Obviously a few of us here use it and LOVE IT! And after hte bench press competition when the competitors finally get their prizes you'll hear more and more about it!

I've been on it for a few months now and can't say enough about it..this stuff is amazing and it delivers as promised. You'll start feeling better in the gym typically within a week like most folks and start to notice pr's rolling your way about week 2-3. I've yet to hear or see a bad review about this product from anyone that's actually used it. WELL worth the investment!

exactly. I am pretty skeptical of supp claims, but this stuff seriously works. I've been taking it for about three weeks and definitely notice a big difference in strength and intensity.

hey guys i just got mine in the mail and was just curious about whether you should take it before or after a workout it says before, ive always taken creatine after and with the dextrose wouldnt it be good for glycogen replacement after? I might just try it before and then take a protein shake with another 5 grams of creatine after.

hey tony don't sweat when you take it as long as you take it.. i just take mine in the mornings and before a workout when i can. As long as you take it daily it doesn't really matter. It's just getting it into your system consistently over time that gives you results, it's not so much a "timed" supplement if you know what I mean.

JUST TAKE IT AND START KICKING SOME ASS!

Timing of the product is much less important than daily use.  Use it when you want, but make sure to do so daily.
