well today when i got home from work i drank 1/4th cup of olive oil (i think to my self WATER its WATER not oil makes it go down easier cause its its terrible tasting) i also had a can of crushed tomatoes and cooked three eggs and mixed 1/4 th cup of olive oil in it and ate that, tasted decent
got really tired shortly after , yes i was totally asleep for 45 min (dreams included real sleep) or so i feel much better, i just ate an apple

right now ive been doing just 1 cup per day half in the morning half in the evening
i want to increase
why?
because i feel like sense it is a dense fat calorie of high benefit it will sick to my body in a denser lighter way less 'pockets' for fluid and excess weight and more of a dense crystal structure that is fat, is my theory to be tested
im at a good weight 220 i would like to be 200 and fat free
but i dont want to sacrifice energy
i think dieting itself is stupid , because you become tired and cant work your job aswell
suprisingly im at a weight iam not normally at im normally 225 or 230
the great thing is that im 100 percent powerful working in the heat with this diet when i work and feel fine.
im thinking i may not add extra oils right now but do the fruit/workout thing with the occasional eggs, not overdoing the eggs, i just go by taste , and motivation to workout or lack there of , im im weak or tired i know i need something..

ive done it before, a nice spike to the energy levels. the spleen loves to be flushed with bitter coffee helps with depression

another thing that i should add...
is during workouts is when i eat plenty of fruit then have my rest period where i post on getbig....
for example
50 incline pushups then have a banna
50 dumbell squats then apple
50 upright rows banan
rest waste time on internet (remember that olive oil is still digesting even though it is 7pm and i ate olive oil at 4:10, how do i know this? well when i worked today and had olive oil for breakfast i would try to burp and make 'sense' and see if the olive oil and tomato was still churning in my stomach and yes it was even after 5 hours or so)
later on i hope to workout so mo' my student wiggars.

yes im trying to lose weight......
but i dont want to lose energy
i want to perform 100 percent at my job because thats my money, on other diets or calorie controlled with normal food i would eat too much on the job, i like and perfer long lasting energy no breaks and moving very fast at what i do.
yesterday was the first day i didnt work or workout in a long time i was just tired plus adjusting to the new diet(been working and working out 3 weeks straight 7 days a week) and normally i would gain weight but i didnt because i stuck to the olive oil plan
my calories are probably about 3000-3400 . one cup of olive oil is 1900 calories, i plan on eating around 9-12 eggs a day as needed, ill eat more of them if i feel like it. and fruit every 50 reps during my workout and my workout varries, i try to ATLEAST do 300 reps a day

i think olive oil is the most back essential fatty acid with its history and research /results
you can also get a killer workout with a burger too, but i think a higher percentage has to be worked off than with olive oil calories since saturated fats are more likely to stick than monos wich move things through

i wish you god damn fvckers would do more experiments with crazy diets instead of the same ol diets that eventually lead to hunger and starvation or rebound. theres no chance of rebounding eating olive oil because after you slam 1/4th or 1/2 cup of it you dont want to eat, just eat fruits for energy

during my workout i am gaining weight while im eating the fruit but looking more ripped in the process because the fruit is going right into the muscles
im weighing 223 right now from the water im drinking and fruit but was 220 when i got home. so more fluid and glycogen in the muscles...
i cant beleive you idiots never try anything drastic or new or something of your own creation;D
