Title: What are my daily requirements?

I'm 6' @ 183lbs

What's my daily calorie requirement?  (maintainance)

And then when I bulk I add 500 kcal and when I cut I cut 500 kcal?


Also what % of fat, carb, proteine?

The average person has a maintenance caloric requirement roughly somewhere between 14 and 16 calories per pound of current bodyweight.  There are many variables.

As far as trying to diet by percentages; read this and see why it's not as simple as that.
