Why the hell would a guy who is not into competitive BB and makes a good living use synthol??
But maybe it's not synthol and he just injects all the oil-based roids in his delts (because he is too much pussy to stick a needle in his ass ;D), which makes a similar effect after some time (like Arnold did with his biceps back in the days).
