im using some energy pills and i reckon they will kick in in about an hour so i need to time this shit so i hit the gym and the exact right movement at the exact right time to benefit from the extra bursts of energy!
one hour from now i will do rows and that extra energy will get me me those extra reps needed for maximum growth!

thanks guys i feel a lot of positivity here and i feel we're a brotherhood of the iron game!!
i had a great workout with several PR's and one huge dude came up to me and complimented me of my back strength on rows i have not half the back development he has but yet i move more poundages go figure
tomorrow is chest day i've made dips my main thing and i do a shitload of sets about 6 sets and i feel it!
