i forgot to say, tabs provide much more smooth and consistant energy than liquid caffiene

haha, You should go on a country wide tour, promoting steroids and the benefits. That would be a riot..haha ;) Anytime confronted with side effects or the legal issues, you just come back and say, "Yes, but THEY WORK!!!" You can't argue that point.

I use ECA, nothing works better, for mental focus, and energy.Most energy drinks just contains sugar, and a lil guarana maybe some Taurine.Plus most of them taste like cough syrup, or bug spray, lol

On leg days I like to have a can of Red Bull. If I have more than one, I peak and crash too early.

energy drinks can crash you out as quick as coke can.. a good energy supplement like ALN's NITOR or hell even a good meal 30-45 minutes before training will make sure you have plenty of gas in the tank and then some even if your workouts take a few hours like mine. ;D
