i thought you would think that was funny and cool to know... like i said.. 'common sense would dictate that brown rice would be the btter choice"...
but you know what ? alot of bodybuilders diet exclusively on white rice for carbs ! i know of one top state bb'er here in cali who eats white rice up to the day of a show. and i think alex azarian once said that he does the same thing.
