JoeLocal has said that Bush didn't drill domestically for the first 7 years of his administration because of teh ''granolas', hellbound liberals who love nature.
Why did Bush finally cave today? He suddenly wants offshore drilling.
Why didn't he do this 7 years ago, Joe? Hell, now that the LIBS have the congress, it'll be even harder to pass a bill on it.
Did he make a mistake by waiting 7 years?
