raw carrots
walnuts
plus a shitload of coffee

sipped some pumpkinseed-oil,
raw almonds - non-peeled,

Thats my diet, my metabolism is abit slow....Anyone have recommendations? fewer carbs perhaps?

i am about to go to the gym,and when i get back god have mercy on that kitchen cause i wont ;D
i was sick for over 2 months,and now that i am no longer sick i am hungry as hell.there were a couple of weeks were i might have only eaten 4 times in the whole week,so i am just trying to make up for lost time ;D
