cant stand chicken legs .....make me feel sick thinkin about them.....

egg white omlette w spinach, feta cheese, olives
apple
8oz eye of round steak
raw carrots
walnuts

plus a shitload of coffee

1 lettucehead,
dark chocolate,
protein powder + 2 medium coffees,
1 sausage(pig not man) + 6 eggwhites - stirfryed
sipped some pumpkinseed-oil,
raw almonds - non-peeled,
...

later some ham, protein powder, salad, coffee, oil

2 boxes of Argo starch
1 case of Sea-Salt
6 protein bars
5 eggs
ounce of weed
two forties of OE
some lead paint chips

Some mince beef & one can of tuna (No Carbs)


Thats my diet, my metabolism is abit slow....Anyone have recommendations? fewer carbs perhaps?

10 oz fajita steak with pepper jack on it
2 cheese enchiladas
rice and charo beans

a whole sara lee cheese cake

about 18-20 oz of brisket,that i spent all day cooking
6 beef ribs
4 pork ribs

i am about to go to the gym,and when i get back god have mercy on that kitchen cause i wont ;D

i was sick for over 2 months,and now that i am no longer sick i am hungry as hell.there were a couple of weeks were i might have only eaten 4 times in the whole week,so i am just trying to make up for lost time ;D
