How Did You Get Started?
I originally started weight training when I was in high school to get bigger for football, but I soon found I really loved bodybuilding. I have lifted ever since, but got serious 4 years ago when I got out of the Army. Since then I have been totally dedicated to bodybuilding.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty. For example, my arms were stuck at 16" for a couple of years, when I switched to Heavy duty they started growing, and I was ecstatic. My current routine is on my web page at http://members.aol.com/ob205/index.html.
Here is a synapsis:
Monday - Chest/Back
Wednesday - Quads, Hams, Calves
Friday - Shoulders & arms
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I believe the best supplementation I have ever used is a post workout drink consisting of high glycemic carbohydrates and high quality whey protein. I use 75g of Ultra Fuel and 40 grams of Whey protein.
