3rd month..with a rotated vetebra..soo all reps r done super slow n with control...

i feel you pain protein - i was waiting for my right rotator to heal after a slight tear, after about 6 months with no training and a few high rep restoration excercises it finally healed, but then i tore the fvckin left one too >:( ( i wasn't even doing anything)
been waiting 2 months now, but i think its finally healing up.
i can't wait to get back at it.
i really am a fat panda now >:(

You have no idea of his form or anything. He could be doing it super slow with 6-8 second negatives. I've seen guys with physiques that absoultely kill yours do less weight . less weight and they look 4/5 times better than you.

Considering that the average guy I see at the gym inclines about 60's, 65's arent a laughing matter. Would you guys laugh at 90% of the people in your gym because they press less than 100's?

this is what amazes me about getbiggers. they all claim extreme strength and laugh at everyone else's lifts yet when they post a pic they look like weak shit. I see guys in every gym i ever been to lifting way less heavy than a typical getbigger claims yet there simply no comparison in size and physique when compared to these getbig super strongmen. the guys lifting half to a third less look ,seriously, at least 10 times better.
im sure that we'll discover that bast calf presses a ton ::)

anyway, if these getbiggers are really so strong then they are walking adverts that strength can't equal size.
i would say that 90% of the getbiggers would not get noticed in any gym. many would look like newbs yet they all claim to be very, very strong. i find it funny.

this is true. provided, of course, the vast majority aren't just full of shit. it's a lot easier to make up gym lifts and say "i'm stronger than i look" than it is to bullshit about how you look, after all. ;)
it's funny, too. there's a dude who lifts at my gym (coincidentally, also named Zach) that lifts so light it's absurd. never curls more than a 35, light on all lifts. but the boy is Jacked with a capital J. definitely puts me to shame.
