It's not mine, but I need to get it sold. I know there are lots of GetBiggers with serious cash, so I need to present this nice investment opportunity:

It's on a 1.5-acre lot with golf course views, but the backyard is NOT landscaped, so that cost would need to be factored into the purchase price. It originally sold for over $3 million, but after spending a long time on the market at $2.5M, it's worked its way down to $2M and is now going to be a short sale. The realtors are jockeying to move it for $1.8M, but it will go for less...probably as low as $1.3M. It has never been lived in.
If you're interested, let me know and I can set up a tour or send you a purchase agreement if you'd like to move right away.
Thanks!

At this point...YES!!
The Lincoln Hills are a beautiful area and relatively unspoiled (the tract homes below notwithstanding). It's quiet and the air is clean. You don't have to be a member (right now) to play a round at the country club either. Because they're struggling financially, daily green fees are actually negotiable and since there are so few members, the championship course is never busy. It used to be an LPGA tour stop and they've hosted professional men's events in the past as well...but that shit costs money!

Now that California's marriage laws have liberalized, he's working on #5 as we speak:

It has never been lived in!
What is wrong with the house? nobody want to live in it? Ghosthouse?
Why neglect the garden? Not enough money to finish it?
Not sure it is a good investment since the price keep dropping big time in a steady pace, possibly good
for a tax writeoff.
How old is the house?
4car garage is nice, always hate when a house have a crappy small garage.
Still the house itself have too many bedrooms-5 and toilets-6, mini hotel?
Too many bedrooms and toilets only makes friends and their friends wanting to sleep over.
I like privacy.
I hate having too much cleaning staff, too often running around cleaning the house since it is so big.
I prefer a smaller more exclusive house, with a big wall around it and the only staff hanging around
is the gate security.
And I prefer 1-2 cleaners coming 1-3 times.week.
1 house stayed in 2006-2007 had a huge garden but I needed 2full time gardeners running around taking care of the pool and
the garden
that was annoying.

Joe - what the heck is going on with #4.
Normally I wouldn't ask but since you brought it up...
btw - I didn't recognize you in that pic and at first I also thought it was wedding pic.

This house was built on an ancient indian burial ground.
That is why it's affordable.

There is a development right down the street from me called "Brightwater" beautiful home development. It was built on an Indian burial ground. The developer removed the remains with permission but after the 3/4 of the development was built (it's still being built but most of the finished exiisting homes are sold and occupied). They just found out that the developer knew there were 180 remains left and built over them :-\

good for you - I thought maybe with your multiple meltdowns you've had on Get Big in the past 6 months that maybe you were having problems
-

Yep, there are protestors out in front of the develpoment everyday. I recently heard that if the existing buyers who did not know they were on a burial ground and they declair the grounds sacred, they maybe locked into a 100 year land lease. Not sure of they can do that, but thats what I heard.

The developer should have to buy the house and land back before that happens.
The Great Spirit has spoken.
