I began taking a fiber supp when I did keto diet...how many times a day do u think i should be having the fiber supp?...im off keto now and eating moderate carbs

you take a fiber supp on keto diets becaue they limit your veggie intake; now that your off keto eat veggies at every meal and you dont ever need a fiber supplement... well, maybe once a week or so use it because veggies are one kind of fiber, while fiber supps are a different kind that abbsorb water and expand and that helps PUSH a little more than veggies fiber which doesnt absorb the water

FDA says that a person should take 30g-40g of protein per day. A study conducted by them showed that due to poor nutrition habits and easy availability of fast food, people in USA take up to 15g of fiber. What options are available?? Supplement it with a soluble and insoluble fiber. There are two products in the market that are very good:
