Clarence is 7 weeks out of his first pro contest, the Tampa Florida Pro. He currently weighs 234 pounds.

He has europeans best contest prep, Pit Trenz. These pictures were taken last year one week prior when he won his pro card. Trenz goal is that Clarence will be even more shredded then he was on those pictures.

So you think Peter Trenz is better in preparing Athletes than Detlef Herget....i believe itīs hard to say who is the best man for preparing an athlete. We also don`t know much about the "russian guruīs"
