Title: Back from Ireland: Lasagna!?!?

Okay, I just got back from Ireland and it was a blast! 

Few observations. . .

1)  Everything you hear about guiness being way better in Ireland is true, dont know if I can every even have one here again. :(

2)  Lasagna. . . WTF!!??  That shit was on every menu no matter where you went.  Every pub, gas station, hole in the wall, etc. had lasagna on the menu.

3)  Roads are shit, plain and simple.  Thought I was going to die on multiple occasions.

4)  The sun actually shines in Ireland!!  Got a frickin sunburn at the Cliffs of Moher.

5)  Polacks. . . Ireland's Mexicans.
