aren't you the guy who has such massive lifts as 115 pound front squats and 105 pound inclines for sets of 10 on the training board?

Haha, like I thought....a gimmick.  Try doing GVT (10x10) with your NORMAL weights and let me know how that works.  Log into your real account now.

Lol fox-ster....6-8 weeks of GVT, then back to heavy lifting.  Try lifting sometime.  Might work out some hostility.

Pumpseter is not using a bowflex.......he uses the Charles Atlas "Dynamic Tension" training principles.

Hey, by all means show me where I ever claimed monster lifts.  I can keep my ego in check while I lift.  But please, feel free to share your lifting advice and huge lifts.

BTW, if the college lifting coach told me it was a good move then I think I'm okay.
