Seems to boost energy pretty good taken-pre workout. Anything I can do to spare my mytochondria

doubt ATP does anything but NADH increases tyrosine hydroxylase i beleive which is the rate limiting step for dopamine production which then produces norepinephrine, so it will definitely give you energy.
