Remember when people here were gloating that the Rev Wright controversy had destroyed Obama and that he had no chance against Mccain?

I think people are so sick of the war, the economy that they don't care anymore

If the repug candidate didn't propose more wars then he'd have an easy win. What an idiot McCain is for trying to cater to the Bible belt, while ignoring the conservative base that he should be winning, but isn't  ::)

he's doing this to get their donations.

Independents are giving their money to Obama.  He knows he can't compete that bracket with the pro-war stance he had to keep to get the nomination.

He got in bed with the Bible nuts and the warmongers to get the nomination.  He's stuck there now.
