Do you guys reccomend adding any electrolite powder to my water if im going to be working outside all summer in the heat?

Me, I just drink straight water, maybe add a little Crystal Light powder.

Someone may be able to help you with a more in depth discussion of whether or not it makes a big difference.

In my opinion, if you are eating good, straight water will be fine.

I really think drinking five gallons of water per day is a little overkill. ;D

You don't really need all of these electrolytes as Gatorade would like you to believe.  Fortunately our bodies are very efficient at maintaining electrolyte balance.  As long as you are not doing anything extreme like starving or stranded on an island you should be fine with just water.
