regardless. you cant fauilt a guy for his genetics; just for the amount of effort he puts out. if sev could only get to 180 juiced to the gills, but he was 100% dedicated and gave it everythign he has.... to me he is no less a bodybuilder than a guy who makes it to 260 shredded just because his genetics are better

Not bad but you need to bring up your chest, it helps doing only basic exercises.Try to do no more than 2 exercises for chest once a week increasing the weight every week, i think it should help especially if you are on juice.

3 reps?I never had any gains at least I did minimum 10-15 reps 1 or two sets in a strict movement increasing weight or reps every training!
Also dumbells work better for me than a barbell. ;)

I wouldn't constitute one cycle at 18, as a juicer, but yeah. If my gym weren't overflooded with juiced up assclowns, I probably wouldn't care as much. It would be nice to go to the gym one day and be able to respect everyone in their, going towards the same thing. It's cheese to rely on drugs, no two ways about it. The percentage of people who juice at Gold's now, is just pathetic. You're typical, "I just saw a Jay Cutler video, so I bought a weight belt, some whey protein, gear, and guess what...now I'm a bodybuilder." ::) Sorry, these douchebags get no respect from me. :'( :D

you don't seem to understand gear....off gear I do not train. period..so I never try to lift heavy or as heavy as I can go without gear...plus I would take gear to build muscles not lift heavy. I never ever attempt to go heavy when building muscle....I train intense, moderate weights, carefull because those tendons and joints have to last you a long time.
Be smart if you wanna look good. Ever seen a shittalker that looks really nice on getbig ? ;) NEVER...because they ego lift and have no clue or genetics....
I never met an injury free bodybuilder...a good one that is....maybe Shawn Ray...and Cutler
