not for phil heath.... everybody is difffferent bastiano... and what if he is filling out on 300g ? OR, he could be dropping body fat on 300g ... AND i bet he was not eating that same carb count while trying to acheive that same goal *whther its cutting, filling out, or maintaining) 2 years ago when he had a lot less muscle...AND it depends on his cardio and trainin AND other macro intakes
