He started early with his trade.

Try to find another one video of Pyrros with his training at the Sydney Olympic Games.

Dimas was great. Probably the most impressive weightlifter I've seen with Boevski and Reza Zadeh. I've never seen the USSR greats actually compete though.

Olympic (full) Front Squat: 280.0 Kg approx.
(Full) Back Squat: 330.0 Kg approx.

Sorry but this has nothing to do with it. Weightlifting is a lot more technical than simply doing heavy lifts. It's about being dynamic. Dimas competed around 83kg most of his career. 180 pounds! Compare it to JoJ or Coleman's weight and you'll see that those lifts are actually impressive already. Then, neither Coleman nor JoJ could have snatched even 150 kg or done a 200kg clean and jerk. Weightlifters are athletes, bodybuilders are not.

And you can bet that at least a couple of getbiggers will claim that they're not impressed by this. I don't know if these plates are 20kg or 25kg, but anyway, Boevski is doing a full squat at a minimum of 260kg there and the guy was a lightweight :o. Ivanov is a beast too. Bodybuilders may have seen the inside of a gym but that's not nearly enough to pretend being in the same league as those guys. Fuckin'retards.

Yes sulaimanoglu is one of the all time greats, just like kakiasvilis, mutlu, and dimas.
3 consecutive golds baby.

Whats the name of that short turkish weightlifting guy?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naim_Suleymanoglu
amazing.
He won three Olympic Championships, seven World Championships and six European Championships and earned 46 world records.
He is the second of only seven lifters to clean and jerk three times their bodyweight.

Pyrros is probably one of the best olympic weightlifters of all time. You dont see anyone putting up that weight at 175-180lbs. Its too bad he retired in 2004.. hes had a good career though. If you see his videos on youtube you can see that. Another strong greek.
