Everyone likes to say what exercise they re great at, but what one are you shit at?
I cant squat, i have a365 max and thats a struggle. Nothing i do can get the legs stronger

bench press, but i quit doing it because my chest got big enough and it causes me elbow problems.
but when i did bench i was stronger than that pussy Stark at it. ;D

BB rows i dont think ive ever gotten over 225 although i never do them consistently

im not weak on them ..but they feel real uncomfrtable

From what I have seen over the years and read on here,
1. for how much it is done
2. what emphasis is put on it
3. and for how many people know about it
Bench press is the exercise I see that people suck at the most generally. You always see people say how overrated it is, how it doesn't matter etc which usually ='s "I suck bad at bench press" Hell I would say on most standard gyms less than 1% of the males that attend can bench even come close to benching 315 unassisted. Why this is I don't know exactly. I think some people are just built to bench press and others are not.

Probably deadlifts esp. without wraps and I have never squatted over 315. I prefer higher reps squats 225-275.

Seated side laterals with dumbells is so hard for me to do. I can only do 10 lb dumbells.

LOL what are you guys thinking posting your real lift numbers?
Unfortunately for me I cant bench over 485 and I have a problem curling anything over 130lb dumbells.
Really though the biggest thing that annoys me is my general good strength. Its been easy for me to get up to a 315 lb 1rm on bench but I cant do it consistantly and usually cant bench anything past avg higher number weights for a gym rat. So its pretty discouraging that I just lift well and cant move past that.

however you have managed to embarrass yourself to no end rather competently with your own pics, and i believe if my memory serves me correctly from posts i have been reading lately you're still being mocked and ridiculed for that particular blunder and lapse of reasoning, and for good reason.

split squats...im stuck at 405 and cant get more than 10 reps...maybe i need to take a break from it

nothing wrong with inclineing the same as your flat bench. on inclines your getting some help from the delts.
and also, you cant ever have too much upper chest!
all i see in the gym are dudes with saggy flatbench chests

I should have added that I feel flats are near useless for development, at least for me. Concentrate always on incline movements

on flat bench i do like sergio oilivia and focus pruely on mind+muscle connection and make the muscle work as if its contracting under 500 lbs of pressure... even though i rarely load up more than 245.. at the end of my workout i can make 185 on the flat becnh be a 3 rep weight for me.
i find the best movement for MY personal chest is actually super heavy cable crossovers from the bottom.

Lying leg curls >:( I can squat and leg press decent poundages (I'm 5'10", 280 lbs; a little chunky in the middle but not too bad), but my hams lag behind my quads. My training partner for legs is 6'1", 200 lbs, and he smokes me on lying leg curls --- crap!
