Both 1 and 2 are WELL worth buying.  They are very original and among the best ever bodybuilding videos produced.

Mike's very good at what he does.  If there were 100 more filmmakers like him, taping bodybuilding shows and making BBing documentaries, the sport would be bigger and more popular.
