you cant benchpress 100 kg and but you can db press 50 kg db's?

I can bench 100kg that's my max, as much as DB 50kg is my absolute max

If you can do dumbell bench press with the same amount of weight as with barbell presses, you must be doing half or quarter reps on the dumbells.
100 kg at barbell press is easier than 50 kg x 2 dumbell press.

those db's are shite for passing in, we had some crappy old rusty ones that had a few inch of bar at each end that were great,, been replaced by ruberised ones now.. any weight over 120 is hard to pass with out the ends on

i reckon right now i could press 170 maybe 180 for a single....
would love to try but my gym nly goes to 160's

weve always had 200lbers,,, only seen one or two ever use them, make good ornements tho

But single´s with dumbells is "high risk" in my opion. i never do less than 6 reps with dumbells.

i find barbells way mor risky than dumbells.. because if i get stuck i can always drop the dumbells... with a barbell u are stuck ..
sayin that i have never done a single with dumbells..
id probably get more than one with 180's as i am now

I worked out with a guy in college that pressed 150's for 10 clean reps. He was able to raise up with them to instead of dumping them in the floor. He only weighed 185.

I could eat all the carbs in the world and it still wouldn't be possible...at best i can do the 120s for a couple, but then i have to be eating loads of food. Can't do it now on 2000-2500 calories a day.
