This guy shows what turning in to the body of Adonis does for getting women.
"Hi all!
This thread is a thing of beauty! I'm just going to give some of my observations since I've started lifting again/ lost weight.
I honestly didn't have too much body fat a year ago when I started back lifting. I was probably about 17% b.f., and in pretty good shape from pushups, situps, pullups, and some running. I started lifting last year after a long layoff. I've cut down to 11.5% bf (well, according to my calipers).
I get MUCH more attention now! I don't really handle it well though, because I don't like the spotlight. I feel the need to "screen" women, because I know most of them only give me attention because I'm sorta ripped. I'd rather them just like me for me. I seem to be attracting the more glamourous type girls. I actually like normal, girl next door type women, but it seems like they are less interested in me now. As far as men go, I get "tried" alot. Guys try to stare me down, especially if they're with their women. I see guys "bow up" when they notice me. Especially taller, bigger guys. They are used to being the big, strong, one, and now this 5'9" 165lb guy is stealing their thunder. I'm not huge at all, lol, but I fill up shirts pretty well. I know it's probably jealousy, but I don't like it, as I'm pretty non confrontational.
Honestly, I don't like the attention, but I love to stay in shape.
P.S. Guys, once you get below about 12% bf, it's like turning on a light switch with women. Above 12%, I got nothing, now I almost have to beat them off (no e-brag, for real)."

one comment tho:
even if true, its not the bf%. its the way he feels about himself. if low bf% gives him confidence, other people will notice and it will be easier to attract chicks.
it all starts from within.

That's my favorite line.

165lbs :D
-
His assumption that all the males HE is staring down automatically want to fight...What is really going on is he thinks the world revolves around him, and the reaction he percieves of other males is a result of the body language he puts out...He sounds very young....
-
He's gotta be a scary sight to behold when walks in with his monsterously muscular physique. 5"9' 165 lbs @12% bodyfat :o

PIP Scott Alexander. Here is the new guy, the new Number One!!!!!!!!
-
seriously what his BF?
I would say around 19%
-
seriously what his BF?
I would say around 19%
Assuming he's flexing his ab's in the picture, I would say 12% is pushing it, abs should be clearer than that when flexing with %12 more like 15-16%.

all chest

looks good
