That list was obviously complied by someone in the UK, since 23 of the top 50 are in the UK, and most of the rest are in places that were either recent British colonies or are an easy trip for UK residents like Paris.

Who lists the worlds best bars, anyway? One, thats totally subjective, and two, the worlds best night time entrainment is at clubs. ;)
